This is Paxton looking all dapper at church on Sunday. He has outgrown most of his 0-3month clothes, but is still a little small for his 3-6month clothes. Just right in between the two sizes.
Austin absolutely loves this picture! We crack up at his football hat
I see he reads books like his dad... ;D
These next two pictures crack me up! He makes the funniest faces sometimes
This little guy is OBSESSED with his fingers right now. He is constantly sucking, or chewing on them. I wonder if he will get teeth soon cause he also drools like crazy, but who knows. Austin is so afraid he will be come a hand sucker, or a thumb sucker so we try to pull them out whenever we see him doing it, but that never stops him for long...
My goal all along was to move Paxton to his own room at four months. Over the black friday weekend we found a deal on a baby monitor, so having that has helped with the transition. Yes we are those paranoid parents that we wanted to get a video monitor. It was a little rocky the first few days, but it has gotten a lot better. I think it was a lot of change coming back from a vacation, and then moving to a new bed. For now I have taken the bumper off his crib because he isn't very good about moving his face if something is obstructing his breathing, but once he gets better at that we will definitely have to put it back on. I have woken up a couple of times and had to help him with his legs in between the rails, or his head pushed up against the rails.
When we got back from Thanksgiving, I pulled out our Christmas decorations. I am so excited to celebrate Paxton's first Christmas :) We decided instead of buying him a first Christmas ornament, we would make him one with his handprint. It took a couple of tries but finally turned out. He is always so fascinated with the lights on the tree. At night if he starts getting crabby, I will walk him over to look at the lights, and he just becomes mesmerized.
We are having so much fun with this little guy, and trying to enjoy every moment we get with him. We are starting to learn just how fast they change! Happy four months little Pax!
