Family Fun in September

Paxton was able to meet some more of his family a few weeks ago! Diane, Steve and Ashley all came down for some weekend fun :) They couldn't believe how small he was, but to Austin and I think he has grown so much that we feel like he is big! We had lots of fun hanging out with family. Here are a few of the things we did!

We took lots of trips to our favorite restaurants such as On the Border, In and Out, and The Pitts. Unfortunately for me On the Border was more of a torture than enjoyment... being on a no dairy and no spicy food diet pretty much cuts out everything on their menu except salad : /
Diane and Steve loved to go for walks in the mornings, so one day we walked over to Midwestern so Austin and Ashley could play some basketball. It was Paxton's first time in the baby carrier. Besides spitting up all over me, he liked it :)
And it was never a dull moment with Paxton around haha
We of course had to hit up the outlets on more than one occasion haha
Grandma Diane and Papa Steve really wanted to get Paxton a toy while they were out, so we found a cute playmat for him with lots of animals and colors. We thought he might be too small for it, but he actually loves it!
When we got bored we cleaned out our ears haha Ashley told us about this candle thing that helps clear out your ears, so of course we searched three different stores trying to find the product. It must be a hot commodity cause two of the stores were sold out!
It was so fun to be able to go to church on Sunday with everyone :) After church we had some awesome steaks and mushrooms. Steve even taught Austin how to make them, so hopefully we will be having more of that soon!
These pictures were taken a couple days after everyone left, but I love them!! Pax is starting to get more of a personality which is fun. I love hanging out with him, especially in the mornings when he is happiest. He always makes the best faces after he gets done eating, and I was lucky enough to catch them on camera. We are so in love with our fun and happy baby!
